Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Before preparing your item for shipment we will inspect it for defects. Most defects will be obvious during the first 30 days. If a defect is discovered after you receive your item, it can be exchanged for a replacement. Contact our Customer Support department to make arrangements for your exchange.
All orders, except made-to-order or personalized orders, can be returned for a refund or an exchange for any reason within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, but with-in 90 days, you will only receive a store credit.
Made-to-order or custom orders (e.g. embroidery, direct to garment or screen printed), clearance items, altered, or worn and washed items, cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. Only in the case of factory defect, or error caused by us, can exchange may be made.
